Kam specializes in empowering senior executives and leaders with tools for success in complex and diverse workplaces. Her culturally attuned coaching style enables her clients to develop more awareness, influence, and resilience.
Her client base includes emerging professionals, senior executives, and C-Suite leaders. As a former CFO of two public companies, Kam draws upon her experience to help clients navigate matrixed global organizations while managing multiple stakeholders including the Board of Directors. A practicing meditator, she integrates cognitive and emotional empathy and mindfulness in her coaching.
Kam brings over 25 years of corporate leadership and business transformation experience across verticals like Healthcare, Biotech, and Consumer Goods industries, where she served in executive positions in finance and operational excellence. Her former employers include Thermo Fisher Scientific, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, and Citibank.
Kam is a certified executive coach with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) from William James College in Boston. She is experienced in assessment and coaching tools that build insight, develop executive presence, leadership competencies, and foster collaborative communication skills. She has a master’s degree in business administration (M.S.) and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
