Pauline Huie, M.Ed, ACC - Founder and Principal of Excellis Partners is an organizational and talent development consultant, leadership coach and facilitator. She has over 25 years of practical corporate experience working in functions such as sales, marketing, human resources/talent management, and organizational development. As an OD consultant, coach, trainer/facilitator, she has partnered with companies across various sectors and industries including high-tech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare systems, financial services, education, and retail.
Pauline's passion and work revolves around a commitment to developing high-performing inclusive leaders and teams with expertise in building cultural and emotional intelligence. She holds certifications in the following: MBTI, DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, EQ-i 360, Korn Ferry 360, True Colors and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™. She is a credentialed ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation and is a certified Clifton Strengths Champion coach.
