Biography
Supporting people through career and personal transformation, improved performance on the field, court, course, or office, and in all of life’s transitions while using humor - and often, references to ‘80s music and Harry Potter.
Janet is an IFS-informed, and certified Wayfinder Life Coach, and holds an ACC credential through the International Coach Federation. She has been a member of the Planning Committee of the ICF New England’s annual Coach Corner at the Massachusetts Conference for Women and the chair of the Nominations & Elections Committee.
She is also one of only 800 Certified Kolbe Consultants worldwide, helping people and businesses to be more productive, less stressed, and more joyful by maximizing strengths and minimizing stress while achieving more, and helping organizations to improve morale, reduce turnover, and increase engagement.
Drawing on a 30+ year portfolio career in the military, athletics, healthcare, and caregiving (to name a few), and her breadth of knowledge, continual learning, lateral thinking and natural curiosity; Janet applies intuition, empathy and insight to help each client achieve their unique outcome.
When she’s not coaching, Janet can be found enjoying her multipassionate nature by reading, walking, puzzling (crosswords and jigsaws top the list), meditating at the ocean, or busting out a mid-day dance party.
