Biography
After a successful two decade career in energy, Erica decided to dedicate herself fully to the creation of diverse, reflective workforces. Her coaching practice supports those forging their way in challenging work environments - the trailblazers and changemakers, as well as the leaders who are striving to create more inclusive, equitable workplaces. She holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA, and is the CEO of Two Piers Consulting - a Public Benefit Corporation.
