Biography
Heidi Werther, Executive and Leadership Coach, has more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles in human resources, business development, marketing and business administration, spanning large corporations, non-profit organizations, and entrepreneurial businesses. Heidi has coached professionals at all levels for both professional and personal development. She has collaborated on the development of strategic growth and communication plans as well as change management processes. Heidi has also designed and facilitated workshops focused primarily on leadership development including focus areas such as active listening, effective feedback, and organizational change, to name a few.
Having left her role as the Vice President, Human Resources at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, the largest non-profit organization in Massachusetts, Heidi relaunched her executive coaching and consulting practice in January 2020. In addition to working with senior executives and experienced managers, she also enjoys her work with emerging leaders. Heidi has coached senior partners as well as associates in law firms, executives, and leaders at all levels in for-profit and non-profit organizations, financial services, marketing, healthcare, and consulting. She has also worked with numerous small business owners and entrepreneurs as well as with Executive and Leadership Teams.
Heidi is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and its New England Chapter (ICFNE), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), and Boston Facilitators Roundtable (BFR). She obtained her MS, Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies from Champlain College, her BS, Marketing and Management from Babson College, and is a Certified Coach through the ICF and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Heidi enjoys giving back was an active coach through the Babson College Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program for over15 years and currently supports MBA students helping them to plan for their career trajectory through the DLP (development learning partners).
