Two Presentation Pathways
ICF New England offers two presentation pathways. These pathways are not ranked by status, but differ in scope, audience size, and level of facilitation support.
1. Main Stage Featured Presenters
Main Stage Featured Presenters are experienced facilitators who deliver polished, high-impact learning experiences for a broad coaching or other professional audiences.
These sessions typically:
- Serve a large and diverse membership audience
- Address well-developed concepts, tools, or frameworks
- Demonstrate strong facilitation presence and audience engagement
- Align clearly with ICF Core Competencies and ethical standards
Main Stage presentations are ideal for facilitators with prior speaking experience who are ready to lead full-scale professional development sessions.
2. Emerging Presenters Program [in development, expected approximately June 2026]
The Emerging Presenters Program is designed for developing facilitators who are refining their voice, presence, and facilitation skills, with structured support and feedback.
This pathway:
- Provides opportunities to practice and grow as a presenter
- Emphasizes learning, experimentation, and skill development
- Includes guidance, feedback, and developmental support from the attending coaches
- Recognizes facilitation as a professional growth journey
Emerging Presenters are valued contributors from and to our ICFNE community and are supported as they build confidence, clarity, and facilitation effectiveness.
