Wanda Whitson. CPC, PCC, ELI-MP, is a certified coach partnering with professionals who are ready to take action to achieve their highest potential professionally and personally. Recognized for her ability to initiate and encourage change and inspire her clients to take positive action to remove barriers that are limiting their success and happiness, she is also adept at helping individuals to manage and thrive in the face of change.
Wanda has more than 25 years of corporate communications experience working with CEOs and senior level executives in organizations ranging from small entrepreneurial start-ups to major corporations including the holding company and owners of Viacom and CBS (National Amusements). She has a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that support executives and professional in meeting critical business objectives, raising the company’s visibility and engaging employees to foster business growth.
She is particularly skilled at supporting women in their personal and professional growth, helping them remove the barriers that prevent them from achieving their highest potential.
She is a compelling writer, public speaker, speaking/executive presence coach, and workshop leader. She has trained with National Speaker Hall of Fame storyteller Mikki Williams. Wanda’s current workshops include Building Confidence, One Step at a Time and Owning Your Power.

She earned her B.S. in Education at the University of Maine and was certified by the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence as a Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner. She earned her coaching certification at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited, and the most comprehensive and experiential coach-training program in the world.
