Biography
Kellie Wardman is a certified life and leadership/executive coach supporting individuals, managers, and C-suite leaders.
Through her work as senior consultant with DBD Group, she helps leaders and organizations address strategic and operational challenges. Her particular focus is on executive and team coaching, leadership and culture, strategic planning, facilitating partnerships and collaborations, and board development and governance.
Prior to her work as a consultant, she worked in non-profit operations for 10 years, including as chief operating officer of the largest YMCA in northern New England. She also spent 10 years in the field of systems thinking and organizational learning, serving as publications director at Pegasus Communications. There, she helped develop tools and resources focused on leading-edge topics in personal and organizational development. At Pegasus, she launched a new book publishing business and a newsletter, Leverage Points: News and Ideas for the Organizational Learner. She has also served as adjunct faculty in marketing, business communications, and creative writing at Southern New Hampshire University and New England College.
Kellie’s BA is from the University of New Hampshire and she also has an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC) and trained in ORSC (Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching). Kellie is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Assessments. For fun, she enjoys writing, playing competitive doubles tennis, hiking the White Mountains of NH, traveling, and yoga.
