Biography
C. Paige Hinkson is founder and CEO of Transegy, LLC and assists her clients with difficult problems in leadership development, business execution and management education. Paige works with leaders around the globe to navigate rapidly changing environments and generate business results while integrating their personal and professional lives with intention to maximize their effectiveness.
Paige has over 30 years of experience as a management consultant, executive coach, instructional designer and instructor, facilitator, and orchestrator of experiential learning. Prior to founding Transegy, Paige ran the education business for The Results-Based Leadership Group and was a Senior Partner at Executive Perspectives where she worked in every aspect of consulting and training including needs assessment and program development, simulation and e-learning course design, program module design, executive coaching and facilitated delivery. Paige has developed high-impact learning experiences that are aligned to the way adults learn and has led significant change initiatives for clients.
Paige is MCC certified by the International Coach Foundation (ICF) and the Hudson Institute of Coaching. As an executive coach at PwC Paige earned the nickname, “The Velvet Hammer,” for her ability to find a way to help the most challenging Partners hear difficult, constructive feedback and still have them leave with a smile on their faces and committed to change. Paige has developed an expertise in applied neuroplasticity and is helping her corporate clients leverage an understanding of how the brain works, to be more effective leaders, to develop resilience, and to manage stress, energy and focus through a portfolio of exercises and tools in four areas: physical, mental, emotional, and social.
In addition to her consulting and education work, Paige also worked as Vice President and General Manager of Markdown Optimization Solutions for Technology Strategies, Inc. and was a financial analyst with Wyatt Asset Services. Paige earned her Certificado de Negocios in Seville, Spain, is fluent in Spanish and dedicates a portion of her work time to helping women-owned businesses in developing countries succeed.
