About this event

What does Coaching Look Like When...Unlocking Insights Together:

Join us for a dynamic, interactive Open Space session where we explore the evolving landscape of coaching together. Whether you're an experienced coach or just beginning your journey, this is a space for collaboration, shared wisdom, and discovery.

Guided by Open Space principles, each session is a fluid conversation shaped by those who show up. You choose where to contribute and help to co-create insights that matter to you. No agenda. No slides. Just rich, meaningful dialogue with fellow coaches who are eager to explore possibilities together.

Our guiding theme: What does coaching look like as we…?

We’ll explore this question in four areas:
  • Center Ourselves – How do we stay grounded, present, and resourceful in the face of uncertainty—both for ourselves and our clients?
Led by Alex Holt, Integral Coach, Crossover Coaching LLC
  • Coach in Specific Niches – How do we adapt coaching practices to different industries, meet unique challenges, and make an impact in specialized spaces.
Led by Todd Meigs, VP of Agile Coaching at Reef Consulting LLC
  • Wear Multiple Hats – How do we distinguish between our coaching and other things we may be asked to do: consult, facilitate and, educate. How do we integrate our skills while maintaining coherence with “pure” coaching and ICF ethics? Led by Heather Wilkerson, Heather Wilkerson Coaching, LLC
  • Coach Teams – The art and practice of coaching teams: fostering collaboration, aligning goals, and navigating group dynamics.
Led by Karen Pambianchi, Executive Leadership Coach, Swift Water Collaborative

Please join us on April 8th at noon and you'll join whatever session most interests you. And don’t worry - we’ll close the meeting by summarizing the other sessions so that you’ll know what they talked about.

Come ready to share, question, and shape the conversation. Let’s discover what’s next in our coaching journeys—together.
